• Insurance
  All subcontractors are REQUIRED to have and provide proof of General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance and must report to the Yard Manager or Service Writer PRIOR to performing any work on the yard.

• Surcharge
  Vessel owners may be assessed additional 15% charge for the use of outside contractors.

• Cleaning Charge
  Vessel owners may be assessed a clean up fee for work areas left unclean by outside contractors.

• Contractor Equipment
  NO LIFTS or CRANES are allowed on Basin Marine property without permission.

• Operational Restrictions
  NO SAND-BLASTING, SPRAYING, or WELDING may be performed without permission from the Yard Manager.
