Rates, Fees, Charges, and Policies

This section of our website organizes our services, rates, and rules into categories for quick reference.

Please review our policies and charges as they may apply to you.  If you would like a quote for a specific job or service that is not listed, please do not hesitate to call.

We do not think you will find anything out of the ordinary.  We list our standard charges for the most typical services.  If you need us on an emergency basis or after hours, or to travel long distances, please expect to pay a premium.  We expect you to take reasonable precautions to protect your assets ... and ours.  We expect you to have insurance to protect both of us in the event of undesirable outcomes.  We reserve the right to control who may occupy and do work on our premises, and if we authorize the use of outside resources we hold you responsible for all aspect of their behavior and performance while on our property, and reserve the right to charge you for the privilege, as well any damages or clean up that may be required.

It should come as no surprise that safety is job one.  We severely restrict who can operate heavy and regulated equipment on our premises.  We are also keenly sensitive to pollution of any kind.  Please help us keep the yard clean and safe.

If you are one of our long term customers, we thank you for your continued patronage, and if you are just now considering us for the first time, we welcome the tough questions, and will be happy to provide both character and performance references.
